• Metabolomics studies on medaka fish lines using NMR spectroscopy
• Swim‑tunnel experiments and organ dissection followed by tissue extraction
• Analysis of the extracts using NMR spectroscopy
• Uni‑and multivariate statistical analysis
• Correlation analysis with genome and RNA-Seq data
• Maintenance of computer and laboratory equipment, particularly the spectrometers
• Assistance with general computer and laboratory organization, as well as procurement and disposal
