We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Accessories & Audio Account Executive to strategically manage and grow our relationship with the MediaMarktSaturn Group. This high-impact individual contributor role is critical for executing our commercial strategy, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction specifically within the Accessories and Audio categories across all retail touchpoints.As a key business partner, you will support the long-term growth objectives aligned with the account’s strategic direction, while ensuring flawless day-to-day operational execution for Apple’s Accessories and Audio portfolio. Your mission will be to drive Apple’s business development and maximize sell-through achievement, ensuring the highest possible revenue targets are met for these crucial product segments.Your objective will be to significantly grow business across all Apple Accessories and Audio lines within the MediaMarktSaturn retail channel, in Germany and across all 11 countries. You will achieve this by initiating, coordinating, and implementing cross-functional sales and marketing programs that deliver measurable results for these categories.

Responsibilities

• Drive Accessories & Audio Revenue Growth: Deliver exceptional growth and sell-through revenue specifically for Apple’s Accessories and Audio products.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business plan aligned with Apple’s global objectives and customer priorities, with a clear focus on Accessories and Audio.
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and develop new growth opportunities through expert category management, joint business planning, and innovative promotional strategies tailored for Accessories and Audio.
• Sales Consulting: Provide expert sales consulting on the integration, merchandising, and implementation of Apple Accessories and Audio products within customer environments.
• Relationship Building: Effectively negotiate, communicate, and build strong relationships across a multi-stakeholder environment, advocating for the Accessories and Audio business.
• Demand Generation: Manage comprehensive demand generation activities, including reporting, tracking, and execution of programs, promotions, and ad hoc initiatives utilizing MDF, specifically for Accessories and Audio.
• Sales Forecasting & Inventory: Drive accurate sales forecasting and ensure timely order placement with partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and uninterrupted sell-through for Accessories and Audio.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to inform strategic business decisions within the Accessories and Audio market.
• Retail Excellence: Determine and execute methods and procedures to ensure best-in-class positioning and merchandising of Apple Accessories and Audio products in all consumer offers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination within a complex matrix organization to deliver best-in-class retail execution for Accessories and Audio.
• Presentation Mastery: Excel at presenting in various formal settings: one‑on‑one, small and large groups, with peers and senior management, with a strong emphasis on Accessories and Audio strategies.
• Project & Process Management: Deliver time‑sensitive projects and manage internal processes, including budget requests and Central submissions. Coordinate effectively across marketing, supply chain, and category management for operational excellence in Accessories and Audio.
• End-to‑end ownership: Extend category ownership in Germany from planning and forecasting to execution and sell‑through results to group‑wide sales impact

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales/account management within the consumer retail, telecoms, digital, or technology industry, with experience in accessories or audio categories highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior management stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of solution‑based selling principles.
• Ability to actively diagnose challenges and opportunities, and develop effective remedies or plans.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
