Account Executive Assistant, TPO

Support assigned Account Executives and TPO sales management
Assist with quality loan processing and review files for underwriting adherence and submission completeness
Provide backup assistance to Account Executives, assist brokers, and resolve issues
Support marketing efforts and facilitate timely loan closings
Perform data input, data management, and administrative tasks
Enter contacts and manually input loan applications
Schedule Zoom sales calls with brokers and clients
Organize loan information in the Loan Origination System
Gather applications, credit documents, appraisals, and related materials
Monitor incoming documents and verify collected data
Pull or verify credit reports and flood certificates
Send welcome and thank-you emails
Set up approved LinkedIn marketing posts
Review expiring locks, unlocked loans, and send broker reminders
Contact brokers regarding monthly closings and condition submissions
Monitor the pipeline to ensure timely loan funding
Lead marketing projects, lead management assignments, and sales support projects
Coordinate in-person and online marketing events
Identify methods to expand Account Executive business models
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and investor guidelines
Prepare reports for Account Executives and sales management
Develop relationships with assigned Account Executives to determine additional support needs
Complete tasks and assist departmental support staff as requested

Requirements

Extremely high level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Carrington’s loan origination system and other systems used in the mortgage origination process, or ability to learn systems quickly
Highly proficient in using office machines such as computers, copiers, and fax machines
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to handle detailed assignments and be self-motivated
Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain highly confidential borrower information in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
Two years of mortgage industry experience required
Previous customer service, concierge, or customer experience required
Previous Retail Loan Processing or Wholesale Account Manager experience preferred
Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
