Задачи:

• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders in Financial Services, Retail / Consumer, and Manufacturing / Automotive, identify critical challenges, and position Slack as a transformation solution;
• Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives to co-sell and unlock new Slack opportunities across the territory;
• Navigate complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying groups, including C-suite executives and technical decision-makers;
• Develop business cases and customer narratives demonstrating Slack’s impact on collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency;
• Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets;
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close;
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Salesforce partners to deliver tailored demos and solutions;
• Lead commercial discussions, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and value articulation;
• Stay informed about relevant industry trends and represent Slack at industry events and forums;
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline with consistent progression and accurate forecasting;
• Demonstrate clear ROI to customers and differentiate Slack from competitors;
• Establish long-term customer partnerships by showcasing Slack’s value in transforming workflows.

Требования:

• Proven success as a quota-carrying Enterprise SaaS sales professional with experience meeting and exceeding targets;
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales and strategic account management;
• Ability to articulate value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs;
• Track record of engaging C-level executives and leading discovery conversations that drive outcomes;
• Pipeline generation expertise using existing relationships and building new connections;
• Familiarity with team-selling environments involving Salesforce Core AEs and Partners;
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
• Nice to have: experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions; experience selling into Financial Services, Retail / Consumer, and Manufacturing / Automotive industries.
