About The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in an assigned territory
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre‑sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within medium enterprise prospects while sharing Workday value propositions
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cloud business application sales leading complex sales cycles end‑to‑end
  • Experienced in selling to C‑level in a strong team selling environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English
  • Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory

Other Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a high‑velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
