Account Executive - New Business (All Genders)

At movingimage we empower global brands to use video strategically, securely and at scale, from CEO messages to product demos, compliance training to lead-gen webinars, live or on-demand. Our SaaS product combines AI and agent-based solutions with enterprise-grade consulting, security and scalability.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in bringing this vision to life. You are fully responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, with no farming and no existing accounts, 100 percent hunting. You bring solid sales experience and are ready to grow into uncovering the real business pain in complex stakeholder structures and solving it using our product.

Your Role

• Identify and connect with new enterprise customers across all industries including Corporate Communications, Events, IT, Marketing, HR and Finance in the DACH region
• Reach out proactively through calls, emails, LinkedIn and events, supported by targeted marketing and outbound campaigns
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business and compliance needs and turn them into real project and use-case opportunities
• Manage your own sales cycle from first contact to signed contract, using Salesforce as your toolkit, with support from senior colleagues on more complex deals
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to create offers that match customer needs
• Build and maintain your pipeline while learning to deliver accurate forecasts
• Represent movingimage professionally and build your expertise and insight step by step, supported by your team

Your Profile

• A university degree in Business, Communications, Media, Tech or a related field. What matters most is your ability to understand complex situations and organize them clearly
• 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to enterprise customers, in roles such as Account Executive, Sales Development or New Business
• A track record of winning new business, even if not yet with longer, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
• A hunter mentality with a proactive approach. You are motivated to create opportunities even without warm leads
• Comfortable with outbound outreach. Cold calls and outreach emails do not scare you, even if you are still building your routine
• Good consulting and solution-selling skills. You know how to identify customer needs and shape relevant solutions
• Tech-savvy and curious. You want to understand how our platform works, including security, integration, infrastructure, API and governance, and are keen to learn how to explain it to customers
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Nice To Have

• Experience with video, content or communications solutions in an enterprise environment
• Experience with compliance- or security-driven sales cases
• First contacts within internal communications, IT, marketing or HR teams of larger companies
