Develop and execute regional distribution sales strategies to grow revenue
Manage and support distribution partners through training and ongoing engagement
Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities to expand market reach
Analyze sales data to detect trends and optimize strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer support
Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead and sharpen distribution efforts
Provide regular sales performance and market trend reports to Distribution Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive loyalty

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in Business
5+ years in distribution sales, preferably in a leadership role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through distribution channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop partner relationships
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
English language proficiency
