ABOUT THE POSITION

Account Manager – primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of hotel clients. Reports to the Regional Team Leader. The job involves managing, retaining, and developing a national and international portfolio, ensuring clients fully benefit from D‑EDGE products and achieving growth through effective KPIs.

MISSIONS

Portfolio Management

  • Strong understanding of product portfolio within your region and upsell targets.
  • Proactively manage and grow customer portfolio while exceeding semi‑annual and annual revenue goals.
  • Build a strategy for your region to meet the company’s upsell targets.
  • Ensure all activity is captured in the chosen CRM tool.
  • Prepare regular reports on your account portfolio.

Customer Centric

  • Provide clarity and responsiveness to customers and understand their underlying needs.
  • Create solid relationships in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accuracy.

Client Relationship

  • Deliver impactful presentations to clients.
  • Communicate effectively, manage complaints and set clear expectations.
  • Develop and nurture key client relationships with superior customer service.
  • Identify proactive solutions beneficial to both client and company.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, you must combine in‑depth industry expertise with excellent relationship‑building skills.

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, hotel e‑Commerce, or Marketing/Sales within the hotel industry.
  • In‑depth understanding of the hospitality ecosystem, commercial systems, local market trends, and distribution channels (GDS, Consortia, TMCs).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with Salesforce CRM.
  • Fluent in the local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
