Account Manager - Insurance

In this role you will partner with the Germany institutional team in Munich to service insurance clients, focusing on insurance treasury and overlay solutions. You will deliver customized overlays (FX, interest rate, duration, ALM) and liquidity/treasury optimization to support insurers’ balance sheets and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with the insurance portfolio management team and internal specialists, shaping strategic client relationships and driving opportunities in a cross-functional environment. • Foster and strengthen strategic relationships with insurance clients
• Deliver customized overlay strategies including FX, interest rate, duration; support ALM and liquidity optimization
• Collaborate with insurance portfolio management and internal stakeholders (product, structuring, legal, compliance)
• Identify and develop opportunities aligning with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to cross-team initiatives and thought leadership in fixed income solutions

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in the German market in a related role
• Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) with emphasis in Finance and Economics or related field
• CFA II or equivalent is preferred
• Portfolio management or trading experience is preferred
• Personable with ability to develop client relationships into strategic partnerships
• Ability to build collaborative internal relationships and influence at senior levels
