Account Manager International (all genders)

Your mission

You close deals in markets MICE DESK is only just entering — together with the local Sales Manager, mostly in English, always with a market-builder mentality. You don’t just work what’s there; you lay the foundation for the next market.

• You run demos, mostly in English and, depending on the market, with local support.
• You own needs analysis, consultation, and business-case development for international customers.
• You negotiate and close deals.
• You build reference customers and case studies in each market.
• You develop new markets and partnerships together with the Sales Manager - New Business.
• You feed market signal back to Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Your profile

• You bring one of two foundations: either a hospitality background with hands‑on experience of the industry's systems (PMS, CRM, booking and event tools), or a sales background in enterprise SaaS. The ideal profile combines both: sales at a hospitality‑tech company.
• Strong demo and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial composure.
• Business‑fluent English as the main working language. One of our target‑market languages — such as Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or an Eastern European language.
• Cross‑cultural competence and a market‑builder mentality.
• Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, comfort with numbers.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have: Experience with international market entry or international key accounts. A network in the target market.
