Account Manager (m/f/x)

What you can expect

You will be part of one of our three client teams, which currently consists of 34 great colleagues. You will work closely with our specialists from Strategy, Online Marketing, Creation and Development. Teamwork is not just a buzzword for us, it's part of everyday life. What is particularly important to us is customer development. You recognize potential, bring innovative ideas to the table - and are keen to help your customers break new ground. Be it with new digital services, communication strategies or the possible uses of AI

Your tasks

• Support in the care, advice and development of existing and new customers
• Central technical and specialist contact person
• Creating presentations and conducting workshops and project meetings
• Planning and implementation of demanding web projects
• Creating schedules, milestone plans and documentation
• Participation in on-site appointments
• Project responsibility and coordination internally and externally
• Project controlling, documentation and quality assurance

Your profile

• Degree or training in communications, marketing or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in the digital sector - ideally in an agency
• A good technical understanding of web & CMS
• Self-confident appearance - also towards C-level
• Structured mind, empathetic heart and desire to develop yourself further
• Very good written and spoken German
