CTP emphasises the highest standards of sustainability in its parks and has its entire portfolio certified to BREEAM sustainability standards.# **Job Description:**n dieser Position verantworten Sie die Erstellung, Prüfung und Abrechnung von Betriebs- und Nebenkosten für Wohn‐ und/oder Gewerbeimmobilien und stellen deren Transparenz und Vertragstreue sicher.* RESPONSIBILITIES* Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Heiz- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen für komplexe Gewerbeimmobilien* Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Widersprüchen* Erstellung und Prüfung von Heizkosten- und Nutzerdaten für die Messdienstunternehmen* Pflege abrechungsrelevanter Stammdaten um RELion* Prüfung von mietvertraglichen Regelungen und Analyse der Umlagefähigkeit einzelner Posten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Property Management* Sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung betriebskostenrelevanter Rechnungen* Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und Mitarbeit an internen Projekten* PROFILE* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B.
