Accountant – Securities Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accounting and tax processing of complex securities transactions
• Analysis of complex business transactions, such as corporate actions
• Identification and clarification of anomalies in large data sets
• Development of technical solutions for tax and accounting issues
• Continuous improvement of our processes and digital solutions
• Participation in innovative projects relating to taxes, assets and digitization

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, accounting or taxation
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and ideally experience in ledger accounting or securities accounting
• Solid understanding of securities and their accounting treatment is an advantage
• Confident handling of commercial and tax law principles
• You work precisely and analytically and get to the root causes rather than treating symptoms
• You enjoy delving into complex tax or accounting issues
