Accountants (m/f/x)

In this role you manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and accurate financial reporting. You work within a cross-functional, interdisciplinary team to support project controlling, liquidity planning, and statutory reporting. You collaborate with project management, customers, and auditors to uphold financial integrity. • Manage all accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare invoice attachments with project management
• Clarify outstanding receivables and execute dunning processes
• Contribute to project controlling, revenue, and liquidity planning
• Serve as contact for related departments, customers, and auditors
• Assist in monthly and annual financial statements per HGB
• Participate in cross-functional coordination for financial accuracy

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable
• Experience in an internationally oriented company (preferred)
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Good English skills
