SAP FICO Consultant – Stuttgart, Germany

We are currently seeking at least four experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join a growing team based in Stuttgart, Germany .

Role: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Stuttgart, Germany

Salary: Up to €125,000

Language: Fluent / Native German

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP FICO consulting and implementation services across complex business environments.
• Configure and optimise SAP FI and CO modules in line with business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Support SAP implementation, migration, rollout and optimisation projects.
• Analyse existing finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and support workshops with finance and business stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution delivery.
• Support integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules and external systems.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support users throughout implementation and change activities.
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear functional documentation and project deliverables.

About You

We are looking for experienced SAP FICO Consultants with strong commercial experience across SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) .

You should have a strong understanding of finance processes and SAP configuration, together with experience delivering SAP projects within complex enterprise environments.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA , implementations, migrations or wider finance transformation programmes would be highly advantageous.

Fluent or native German language skills are required , alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
