SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) Consultant – specialising in Controlling (all genders) - Any location in Germany

As an SAP FI/CO Consultant specialising in Controlling, you will align technology with business objectives for Life Sciences clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding design, build, and deployment of SAP CO solutions on S/4HANA. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across languages and cultures to deliver value and innovative Co-Innovations with leading life sciences organizations. This role offers exposure to transformation projects in a fast-growing consulting firm with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll impact clients by shaping Controlling processes and integrating with SAP modules.

• Collaborate with clients to implement cutting-edge SAP systems
• Lead design, build, testing, and deployment phases focusing on SAP CO best practices in SAP S/4HANA
• Work in diverse, multi-language, multi-disciplinary teams
• Contribute to R&D initiatives with life sciences organizations

• At least 2 full SAP FI/CO project lifecycles in an S/4HANA project with end-to-end responsibility (Design to Delivery) in Controlling Area
• Strong knowledge of financial and controlling processes and their interconnectivity
• Experience with SAP CO integration with SD, Warehouse/Manufacturing, etc.
• Business fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus
• Background in Big4/Major SI or specialist SAP consulting is preferred
• Experience in Life Sciences or process manufacturing industries is advantageous
• Genuine Management Consultant with strong communication and collaboration skills
