SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant – S/4HANA (all genders) - Any location in Germany

You will drive SAP SD initiatives in a hybrid Germany-based role, shaping and delivering SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA for global clients. You partner with cross-functional teams to optimize order-to-cash, pricing, rebates, and commercial conditions, while guiding senior stakeholders through fit-to-standard discussions. This role emphasizes collaboration in a consultative environment and ongoing contribution to Tenthpin’s SD delivery capabilities. • Shape, design, and deliver SAP SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA
• Lead fit-to-standard SD workshops and solution discussions
• Advise on end-to-end order-to-cash processes including pricing, rebates, discounts, and commercial conditions
• Translate business requirements into robust SAP SD designs
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and integration teams
• Support integrations between SAP SD and external systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborate in global teams and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Tenthpin’s SD delivery capability

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution
• Deep expertise in pricing, rebates, discounts and condition techniques
• Experience delivering SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA
• Integration experience across FI, MM and logistics processes
• Fluent in German & English; additional language a plus
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Subscription Billing experience not required — full training will be provided
