Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities

• Independently manage the accounts payable process from invoice verification through to payment execution
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies and outstanding items
• Actively contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives
• Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance requirements and internal control standards (ICS)
• Serve as a competent point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
  

Your profile

• You have completed commercial/business training and already have several years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• You think beyond your immediate area of responsibility, question existing processes, and actively contribute ideas for improvement
• Your German language skills correspond to CEFR level C2, and your English language skills correspond to CEFR level B1
• You have very good MS Office skills and experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central 365)
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with the ability to accept feedback and strong communication skills, completes your profile
