Accounts Receivables Specialist

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day financial transactions, including posting of incoming payments and verifying and recording accounts receivables data.
• Reviews discrepancies in data received and requests clarification.
• Reconciles the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Performs quality work within deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Studies in business administration or similar field or commercial vocational training with a combination of education and experience.
• First work experience in Finance would be a plus.
• Accurate and focused working style.
• High affinity to numbers.
• Customer-oriented.
• Fluent in English, any other European language is welcomed.
• Open-minded, strong in teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with an ERP system would be a plus.
