About the Position

This position is located at Kaiserslautern Elementary School, part of Kaiserslautern Community Schools in the Department of War Education Activity Europe Central District. Kaiserslautern ES, Germany has students in PK to grade 5. This position is not covered by a bargaining unit.

Federal employees in Kaiserslautern, Germany may be entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This rate is subject to change.

Specialized Experience

• One year of specialized experience which includes managing an annual budget and overseeing manpower support and/or hiring actions.

Education

Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or a field that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Business Administration or Public Administration.

Combination of Education and Experience

A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position if the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add two percentages.
