ADTS Engineer Healthcare, Pharma, Medical (m/f/d)

In this role you will drive the introduction and optimization of LYB products in collaboration with R&D, marketing, and asset management. You’ll support planning and execution of trials and approvals to differentiate the portfolio through innovation and competitiveness. You will build and maintain networks with customers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders to gather market intelligence and influence trends. Your work includes product stewardship, data quality, and helping customers optimize use and resolve processing issues. • Coordinate introduction of new/improved products with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, asset management)
• Support MPC planning and customer trials/approvals to sustain differentiation
• Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders, customers, OEMs, and industry forums
• Identify opportunities to improve products, reduce costs, meet new applications, and respond to competitive/regulatory threats
• Oversee product specifications, data sheets, PSB, and data provision for product stewardship and regulatory matters
• Ensure high-quality customer portal data for product stewardship
• Assist customers in optimizing LYB products, communicating benefits, supporting trials, and addressing processing issues
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to maximize value creation in assigned segments

• University degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or technical field or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in a technical environment (R&D, product development, manufacturing, downstream conversion) with knowledge of products/applications
• Very good English language skills (other European languages beneficial)
• Deep knowledge of customers and brand owners, products, and applications in the assigned segment
• Ability to work in technical and commercial environments and translate product knowledge into customer benefits
