What do you bring to the table?

• We aren’t looking for more “consultants” who will politely confirm what we already know. We’re looking for leaders who don’t just manage technology, but truly understand and enjoy it—and who have already worked in positions of responsibility, led teams, and, ideally, have seen things go wrong at least once

We especially welcome individuals with:

• Solid operational and strategic experience (preferably at the C-level or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for technology and an interest in AI, BI, and data management
• A network that you not only have but can also leverage strategically
• A desire to provide concrete support for our go-to-market efforts and the further development of our growth strategy
• The ability to clearly and directly state what you see—even when it’s uncomfortable
• Very good Germanand English skills (at least C1 level)

We’re not particularly concerned about the industry. Whether it’s software, IT services, automotive, manufacturing, finance, or related fields—the main thing is that you have leadership experience and a genuine passion for technology.
