After Sales Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will be the primary contact for after-sales and warranty matters, coordinating customer interactions to ensure satisfaction. You support customers during the warranty period, manage service requests, and help tailor repair and maintenance proposals with project controlling. You also oversee spare parts procurement and master data while identifying opportunities for additional products and services. You join an international team to strengthen customer relationships and service quality in a technical space environment.

• Serve as primary point of contact for after-sales and warranty matters
• Coordinate customer interactions, meetings, and activities to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support customers during warranty and manage service requests and complaints
• Prepare and coordinate tailored repair, maintenance, and contract extension proposals with project controlling
• Manage spare parts procurement, maintain master data, and identify opportunities for additional products/services
• Perform other comparable tasks as required by qualifications and business needs

• Degree in Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within a technical or after-sales service environment
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant planning software; business-fluent German and English
• Self-motivated, structured, results-oriented with strong teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong customer and service orientation, excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, confident demeanor
