Aftersales Growth Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role you own and evolve AGCO’s global Share of Wallet solution, enabling data-driven growth across markets and dealer networks. You translate machine parc, service and pricing data into actionable opportunities, supporting the aftermarket expansion through clear insights. You collaborate with Aftersales, Parts, Pricing, Commercial, Data and IT teams to deliver scalable analytics, reporting, and business value. Your work directly shapes commercial actions and growth initiatives across the organization.

• Own and develop the global Share of Wallet solution and drive adoption across markets
• Analyze machine parc, service, parts and pricing data to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure quality, consistency and transparency of data models and analytics outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools, reporting, and value creation
• Translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions, reports and recommendations
• Support dealers and internal teams by turning insights into measurable commercial actions

• Several years of experience in analytics, BI, product management or data-driven environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets and performance indicators
• Experience with BI, reporting or analytics platforms; knowledge of SQL and Tableau is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional and international stakeholders
• Fluent English; German is beneficial but not required
