What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end deployment of AI agents for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go‑live, hyper‑care, large‑scale roll‑out, and use‑case expansion.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure agents, and drive adoption.
• Partner closely with engineering and product to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate system integrations, and feed customer insights back to the product.
• Improve deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness over time, including creating repeatable processes, templates, and best‑practice documentation to enable the team to scale while compressing deployment cycles and time‑to‑value.
• Drive change management and operator training, turning skeptical users into AI champions who trust and rely on the agents.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Have 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in a B2B environment.
• Know how to navigate complex organizations, build trust with diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams.
• Have a bias for action and getting things done, even when the path forward is unclear.
• Experience with agents, LLMs, or software development is a big plus, as is working experience in the logistics or freight‑forwarding industry.

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of how enterprise software works, including APIs, databases, system architectures, and integrations.
• Excellent project‑management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver on time across multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in English required; German is a strong plus.

Location & Logistics

• Berlin office preferred, but open for hybrid setups.
• Annual off‑site (previously a 4‑week stay in San Francisco).
• Start date: as soon as possible.
