Team Manager, Senior Talent Agent (Fully Remote)

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of talent agents to support their professional growth and performance.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, guidance, and strategic direction.
• Partner with senior leadership to align team priorities and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related industry.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching junior team members.
• Strong understanding of talent representation and the creator economy.
