Role Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Tax Senior Managers or Tax Directors to join Top 100 and Top 300 CPA firms, as well as a Top 10 RIA Wealth Management firm with an in-house tax department. These roles are fully remote and offer a clear trajectory to Partner. We are looking for professionals with approximately 10–12 years of public accounting experience, specifically those with expertise in High Net Worth (HNW) individuals or extensive pass‑through entity work.
Qualifications
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong commitment to high-quality client delivery.
- Impressive professional background with stable tenure in public accounting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $275k, dependent on experience.
- Annual bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401k.
- Full‑time position with a defined leadership growth path to Partner.
