Agentic AI Platform Senior Account Manager, DACH

In this role you will lead the EMEA go-to-market for NVIDIA’s Agentic AI Platform, guiding customers and partners through adoption and secure deployment. You’ll coordinate across enterprise, public sector, ISV, cloud providers, and regulated environments to translate NVIDIA software into practical adoption motions. The position focuses on open and sovereign models, secure runtimes, and reference architectures to enable scalable agentic AI. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape sales plays and drive revenue impact in a fast-growing AI domain.

• Execute the EMEA GTM plan for the Agentic AI Platform across open models and regulated deployments.
• Position and harmonize NVIDIA tools (Agent Toolkit, NeMo, Nemotron, NIM, CUDA-X libraries, DGX OS, AI Enterprise) as a unified adoption path.
• Refine the sales toolkit across technical, commercial, legal, and support tracks to enable field teams and partners to position agentic AI workloads.
• Collaborate with AI-native, enterprise, ISV, cloud provider, OEM, GSI, developer relations, solution architecture, product, legal, security, and field teams to identify priority workloads and remove adoption blockers.
• Serve as the EMEA point for open/sovereign model guidance including licensing, EU AI Act/GPAI, data security, model provenance, deployment, and export considerations.
• Refine reference architectures and enablement for enterprise, sovereign, air-gapped, and regulated cloud environments.
• Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure ecosystems to secure deployments and ease AI Factory adoption for regulated customers.
• Provide customer/partner requirements feedback to product and engineering regarding packaging, security, and legal clarity.

• 12+ years in software GTM, developer relations, partnerships, product management, solution architecture, cybersecurity, or AI platform roles
• Strong understanding of open/open-weight models (e.g., Kimi K3, GLM 5.2, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Qwen, Mistral)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI, inference, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation, guardrails, and enterprise deployment patterns
• Experience in regulated enterprise, public sector, defense, healthcare, telecom, cloud, or sovereign cloud environments
• Knowledge of confidential computing, cybersecurity, secure deployment, Kubernetes, Linux, identity, encryption, data control, and software lifecycle operations
• Ability to translate complex model/licensing/legal/security topics into practical field guidance and sales plays
• Strong executive communication and ability to lead multi-stakeholder coordination across various teams
