eVia Services is a WalkMe-certified Digital Adoption consultancy (SAP Tier-1, TPRM-accredited) working with organizations across the globe to turn technology investments into real, measurable business value. We're a dynamic, human-sized company with a strong start-up mindset — where ideas move fast and everyone's contribution is visible. We're expanding into the DACH region — and looking to grow our Digital Adoption Consultant team in Germany.

If you love the mix of strategy, data storytelling, and hands-on problem-solving, and you want real ownership rather than a slice of a project, this role is for you!

What you'll actually do

• Run discovery sessions to understand a client's goals, pain points, and end-users — then translate that into a WalkMe solution.
• Own projects end-to-end: scope, budget, timeline, risk, and stakeholder relationships.
• Design and build in-app guidance that improves onboarding, adoption, and measurable ROI.
• Use WalkMe Insights and client data to build the business case for what comes next.
• Train client teams and troubleshoot so the platform keeps delivering value long after go-live.
• Be the trusted face of eVia for our German-speaking clients — in workshops, steering committees, and everyday conversations.

What you'll bring

Must-haves:

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) — you'll be client-facing in both.
• 1+ years in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success.
• 1+ years working in a SaaS environment.
• Based in, or able to work from, Germany.
• Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption / user guidance tools.
• Project management chops — juggling scope, timeline, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Comfort turning data into a story executives act on.
• Exposure to SAP, Workday, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, or Dynamics.
• UX/UI, change management, or HTML/CSS/JS familiarity.
• WalkMe certification (or genuinely willing to get certified in your first 90 days).
• Srong communication skills and collaborative team player mindset.
