AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant

Overview

This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with regular client engagement. The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English and be comfortable traveling to client locations as business needs require. At Avanade, we help organizations transform how work gets done through Microsoft technologies, AI, and modern workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation.
• Identify high-value use cases and accelerate workforce readiness.
• Drive behavioral change and realize measurable business outcomes from AI investments.
• Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to shape transformation strategies.
• Facilitate AI adoption programs and build scalable approaches that support new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
• Experience guiding AI adoption, change management, and employee experience initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, AI, and Copilot adoption is a plus.
