Responsibilities

• Introduction and implementation of modern AI solutions
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes
• Development of digital and automated processes
• Development of smart workflows for administration, project management and sales
• Supporting our teams in the use of AI
• Testing and implementing new technologies
• Helping to shape the digital future of the TLC Group

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for AI, digitalization and innovation
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or automations
• Understanding of business processes
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Motivation to actively shape change
• Hands-on mentality and initiative

An advantage

• Experience with process automation
• Knowledge of digital workflows
