About the opportunity
The Platforms Practice specializes in mission‑critical, intelligent platforms for the world’s most ambitious organizations. This role focuses on defining user requirements and developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
Skills and attributes for success
- Work in a team with a get‑things‑done attitude, taking autonomy to create impact while tackling complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to design and architecture investigations and decisions.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high‑quality software against aggressive schedules.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree).
- Typically no less than 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience building successful production‑scalable software systems (preferred).
- Programming experience (Java or C#) 3–5+ years.
- Framework experience (Spring Boot, .NET, or .NET Core) 3–5+ years.
- Nice to have: experience with AWS or GCP.
- Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with unit testing or TDD.
- Team player possessing strong communication skills at all levels.
- Self‑ and quick learner, adaptable to new languages and technologies.
- Analytical mind with problem‑solving aptitude.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A passion for delivering commercial software products and platforms to market.
- Be deeply technical and constantly in a state of learning.
- Excellent communication with developers, clients, customers, partners and executives.
- Fearless in getting hands‑on with technology and execution.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering processes.
- Deep understanding and interest in cloud and distributed systems architectures.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a drive for clarity.
- Experience leading and growing technical talent (for software engineering managers).
- Experience in complex problem‑solving and critical thinking.
- Strong emotional agility and the ability to collaborate in hybrid environments.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
