AI & Process Automation Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the AI and automation transformation within a leading financial services organization. You translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and value. You will shape governance, enable adoption, and keep a backlog of high-impact AI use cases. You contribute to evolving the operating model and AI capabilities, working closely with data, technology, and business teams.

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across business functions
• Lead the implementation of AI use cases to boost operational efficiency and business value
• Analyze core processes to uncover automation potential and optimize workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Coordinate AI initiatives with multiple stakeholders to align with strategic objectives
• Support AI governance principles and best practices development
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Legal for responsible AI adoption
• Maintain and prioritize AI use case backlog and track progress and impact
• Promote AI awareness through workshops and enablement programs
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess applicability for processes and customer solutions
• Contribute to evolving the organization’s AI capabilities and operating model

• Proven track record delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or process optimization initiatives
• Hands-on experience implementing AI use cases and achieving tangible outcomes
• Understanding of modern AI technologies including Generative AI, ML, and intelligent automation
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technology capabilities
• Experience in cross-functional environments with business and IT stakeholders
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory
