AI System Architect

Your work will enable chip innovation possible by developing and optimizing all aspects in the pre-silicon design flow, including:

Responsibilities

• Develop integration of compute-in-memory to neural engine.
• Work closely with our customers on STCO.
• Co-design of hardware and software architectures to maximize efficiency.
• Integrate technology-specific insights into system-level decision-making.
• Achieve synergy across various aspects, such as energy efficiency, computational throughput, thermal management, and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in circuit and logic design for embedded memory technologies. Experience in compute-in-memory or AI algorithms is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with EDA tools and expertise in design methodologies for custom or digital design in the field of non-volatile memory.
