AI Use Case Portfolio Manager

As AI Use Case Portfolio Manager, you will orchestrate Airbus's AI initiatives from ideation to ROI realization. You’ll design governance and prioritization frameworks to align AI investments with strategic goals, balancing value, feasibility, and risk. You will bridge business units, data science, and leadership to scale AI across the enterprise for operational excellence. • Design and operate the AI use case intake, evaluation, approval, and governance framework
• Develop prioritization criteria based on business value, alignment, feasibility, AI maturity, resources, delivery complexity, risk
• Collaborate with business units to identify high-value AI opportunities and maintain the AI Use Case roadmap
• Monitor portfolio health, progress, risks, dependencies, and ROI, and optimize AI capability reuse across Airbus DS
• Create standardized business cases and track measurable outcomes (cost reduction, productivity, cycle-time, revenue enablement, quality)
• Produce executive dashboards for portfolio performance and ROI and adjust as needed
• Establish AI governance framework and ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and EU AI Act
• Conduct discovery workshops to translate business challenges into defined AI use cases with measurable business cases
• Develop requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to support product roadmaps
• Challenge requirements with market trends and best practices to drive feasible and innovative solutions

• Proven experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Analysis in a high-tech or regulated industrial environment
• Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle (MLOps), Generative AI capabilities, and diverse AI modeling approaches
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders from engineers to executives
• Familiarity with EU AI Act and Responsible/Ethical AI frameworks is highly desirable
• Proactive and demonstrable ability to leverage Generative AI and agentic workflows to optimize operations
