Your responsibilities will include: developing and supporting tasks, methods, processes, and automation solutions to optimize efficient, automated design activities within Airbus Airframe Engineering; coordinating and managing the development efforts of a large, interdisciplinary team of diverse specialists and experts; defining and proactively implementing new standards within configuration, process, and project management; and providing technical leadership and support for engineering projects in a dynamic environment of constant change, taking into account complex internal processes.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium (mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang)
• Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau sowie in der Konstruktion, idealerweise im spezifischen Bereich Systeminstallation und Struktur-Design (mindestens 2 Jahre)
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Configuration Management und im klassischen Engineering (mindestens 2 Jahre)
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in den IT-Systemen Catia V5 und vpm; gute Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement (Schwerpunkt Airframe Engineering Process / Physical Design)
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Interviews erfolgen auf Englisch) sowie grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse
• Grundkenntnisse in Codierung und Skripting (VBA, Python, CAA) sowie erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit agilen Methoden sind von Vorteil
