We are currently offering an attractive position as a Ground Control Station System Engineer with our business partner in Manching. Your responsibilities will include: Defining subsystem requirements and continuously monitoring their technical implementation; managing and leading suppliers, including verifying the compliance of the solutions offered; participating in cross-functional system activities in the areas of safety, certification, and RAMT; harmonizing system requirements and design with interface architects, specialist departments, and partner companies; creating and maintaining complete equipment lists and supporting integration and verification (IV) activities; and continuously coordinating with the customer to clarify and refine operational expectations and requirement profiles.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik (Master / Diplom) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering, in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie, bei IT-Systemen sowie im Projektmanagement
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Systems-Engineering-Standards (z. B. ARP 4754a, INCOSE) sowie in der System- und Softwareentwicklung im Luftfahrtbereich
• Nachweisbare Praxiskenntnisse im Umgang mit DOORS und Cameo; Erfahrungen mit Simulink, SCADE oder ICDMS sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Verständnis für Arbeitsabläufe im militärischen Umfeld
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte und zur Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
