Supportive management responsibility for multiple projects, including project interrelationships, throughout the entire lifecycle of a program or change project in the Wide Body A330/A350 area. Development, proposal, and sustainable implementation of targeted program strategies. Ensuring compliance with all program and project objectives (including financial targets such as profit and loss) while considering company obligations to all stakeholders. Operational management of projects, as well as optimization and mediation regarding resources, conflicts, risks, and opportunities. Structured collection, processing, and professional presentation of relevant project data to decision-makers.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain / Logistics, Soziologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement (mindestens 4 Jahre) sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektleitung (mindestens 2 Jahre)

• Gute Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Risikomanagement sowie Grundkenntnisse in Change Management, Lean Management und Prozessmanagement

• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace sowie Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse; Projektmanagement-Zertifikate und vorherige Airbus-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit zur Integration in multikulturelle Teams

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2-3 Einsätze pro Quartal nach Toulouse)
