Airbus - Systems & Regulatory Compliance Engineer (d/m/f)

Not just any job – yours! For our client in Manching, we are looking for a Systems & Regulatory Compliance Engineer who wants to use their talents and make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing circuit diagrams, layouts, traces, drawings, requirements, system and process documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensuring the conformity of all documents with internal quality, development, and documentation standards; monitoring workflows and taking corrective action in case of deviations to maintain process integrity; supporting Cameo models (MBSE/SysML) and maintaining product documentation in Confluence; creating bilingual manuals (German/English), data storage, and performing configuration checks; serving as the central point of contact for Product Regulatory Compliance (PRC) between project teams and regulatory bodies; conducting risk analyses to identify regulatory hurdles early on; supporting certifications and CE marking to ensure marketability; maintaining the product safety file and providing lifecycle support from design and prototyping to manufacturing; and using modern AI tools to create, translate, and optimize technical content.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplom-Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische Redaktion oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit passender Weiterbildung und entsprechender Erfahrung


• Fundiertes Verständnis für elektrotechnische Schaltungen, Schaltplan-Reviews sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und komplexen Systembeschreibungen


• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung, im Qualitätsmanagement oder im Bereich Regulatory Compliance (bevorzugt aus der Luftfahrt- oder Automotive-Industrie)


• Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. CE-Richtlinien, ISO-Normen) sowie Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen


• Detaillierte MS-Office-Spezialkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Confluence und vertrauter Umgang mit (oder Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in) Cameo Systems Modeler / SysML


• Sichere Anwendung moderner AI-Tools zur Text- und Dokumentationsoptimierung


• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift


• Detailorientierte, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes analytisches Denkvermögen


• Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (Entwicklung, Produktion, Projektleitung) und proaktive Arbeitsweise


• Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2-Überprüfung erforderlich)
