• Completed training as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Maintenance Technology, Engine Technology, Production Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Valid EASA Part-145 Certifying Staff License (Category B1), ideally with Category C qualification as well
• Professional experience in maintenance and servicing of General Aviation aircraft is considered an advantage
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong quality and safety awareness
• Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
