Analyst - Finalta Banking

In this role, you will join a Finalta WE team to analyze data, benchmark performance, and deliver actionable insights to banking clients. You will liaise with clients to gather data, perform quantitative analyses, and present practical recommendations. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, traveling to client sites, and building expertise over project cycles. • Analyze data and evaluate results to generate actionable insights for clients
• Liaise with clients to gather data, conduct research, and perform quantitative analysis
• Deliver findings and recommendations to clients and project teams
• Collaborate within Finalta WE to cover studies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium
• Travel to client sites as needed and develop domain expertise over 6-month project cycles

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, banking, data analysis, economics, or strategy
• 1+ year of experience in data and financial analysis, banking, financial services, insurance, or consultancy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment
• Quantitative problem-solving skills and structured thinking
• Time management to produce high-quality work to deadlines
• Fluent English and German communication skills (spoken and written)
