Analyst I (Fully Remote)

• Manage and resolve Data Exchange issues with high precision and deep-dive research.
• Identify operational risks early by monitoring queues for anomalies.
• Support cross-functional partners on complex escalations with relevant details.

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in an operational or real-time monitoring environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful problem-solver with foundational technical skills.
