About the role
As an Analyst Partner Operations, you act as the vital link between our partners and our internal Sales and Operations teams. Youare responsible foroperational excellence within our partner processes, ensuring smooth order processing. You will work in a dynamic environment where you coordinate and monitor partner operations, support order processing, provide deal desk support, and drive continuous process improvements. Your role is essential tomaintainingstrong partner relationships and streamlining our operational workflows.
Coordinate andmonitorthe entire partner order process (Order-to-Cash)
Review and process incoming partner and customer orders, contracts
Support the processing of contract terminations and adjustments
Provide active support for Deal Desk inquiries, particularly concerning complex quotation structures
Create analyses and statisticsregardingpartner business (e.g., partner activity, order volumes)
Conduct regular reviews and quality assurance for data within our systems
Continuously improve internal order and processing workflows
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional withcommercialvocational training, a business-related degree, or equivalent qualification. You bring initial professional experience in Sales Operations, Partner Management, or Order Management, and have a strong understanding of operational processes. You are structured, service-oriented, and thrive in supporting internal and external stakeholders with a positive attitude.Your technical proficiency with CRM systems and accounting software, combined with advanced MS Office skills - particularly Excel with advanced formulas and Pivot tables - makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You have excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken, and you are committed to continuous improvement and process optimization.
To be ahead of the pack, you might have
Experience with Salesforce or other advanced CRM platforms
Familiarity withadditionalaccounting software systems beyond DATEV
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Knowledge of supply chain or order management processes
