Analyst Programme 2026 (Munich)

Stellenbeschreibung:

At Tenzing, we’re on a mission to become the best pan-European software and tech investor. As we continue to scale, enter new markets, and build on the success of our first programme, we’re excited to launch the third edition of our One Year Analyst Programme, starting in August/September 2026.

Our mission is to seek out the best European tech and tech‑enabled firms and help build them into international powerhouses. We want to work with people who are passionate about that journey and can build strong expertise in helping to deliver this vision.

As an Analyst on the Tenzing Programme, you will engage with and gain insight across all aspects of the private‑equity investment process, including sourcing and evaluating potential investments, presenting opportunities to the broader team, and performing due diligence. In a small‑team environment, you will play a key role and gain significant responsibility from day one. The Programme is the ideal environment for developing a well‑rounded investment skill set, supported by dedicated training and mentorship.

The Analyst position will also provide a great opportunity to understand how a super‑ambitious and high‑performance team operates within a high‑growth private equity house.
