Application Consultant Syncron (m/f/d)

In this role you drive end-to-end Syncron implementations for pricing or inventory projects, working hands-on with customers from analysis to go-live. You will design processes, configure solutions with Solution Architects, run tests, and own the deployment lifecycle including UAT, hypercare, and go-live. You lead workshops, defend numbers to managers, and shape the service portfolio through presales input. This is a fast-start, customer-facing role that combines hands-on delivery with strategic impact.

• Advise customers on introducing and optimizing Syncron across aftermarket and service business from analysis to go-live
• Design and document end-to-end processes based on Syncron best practices
• Configure the solution with Solution Architects and tune business parameters
• Run simulations and defend the numbers to pricing and service managers
• Own integration work: ERP and DMS interfaces, data flows into/out of Syncron CSX
• Lead workshops, drive UAT and super-user training, and oversee go-live and hypercare
• Support presales and help shape future service offerings

• Current Syncron certification
• 3+ years of hands-on Syncron implementation experience in Price and/or Inventory
• End-to-end ownership of at least one deployment: requirements, configuration, UAT, go-live, hypercare
• SQL and data analysis capability
• Solid understanding of system architectures, interfaces and integration scenarios
• Business-level English; German a plus
