Application Engineer – Central-West Europe

• Drive and coordinate the implementation of the agreed portfolio and channel strategy in the assigned markets


• Responsible for the further development of the regional product portfolio in close coordination with the global Category organization


• Identify, evaluate and prioritize market, product and application opportunities based on customer, competitor and market requirements


• Plan and support product launches and assist with market development by providing relevant product-related content


• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure market-oriented execution


• Act as the point of contact for regional market requirements, applications and relevant standards within the area of responsibility

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a comparable qualification


• Several years of professional experience in product management or in a comparable market- or product-oriented role


• Good understanding of market requirements, customer needs and technical applications, ideally in the building products industry


• Strong analytical skills and experience in assessing and prioritizing market and product opportunities


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
