We are looking for an experienced Apriso MES Support Engineer (L2/L3) with strong German language skills to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in MES support, manufacturing operations, and troubleshooting complex production issues, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Apriso MES applications and manufacturing systems.


• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.


• Monitor MES application health and ensure system availability.


• Work closely with business users, plant teams, and technical stakeholders.


• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.


• Support deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements.


• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.


• Coordinate with global teams to resolve critical issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with DELMIA Apriso MES .


• Experience in L2/L3 Production Support .


• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Shop Floor Operations.


• SQL querying and database troubleshooting skills.


• Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.


• Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.


• Fluency in German and English (Written & Spoken) .

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Industrial domains.


• Exposure to integrations with ERP systems such as SAP.


• Knowledge of MES deployments, configurations, and enhancements.


• ITIL Certification is a plus.
