Architecture Architect (Duck Creek Policy): Designing and guiding the development of custom applications on the Duck Creek platform with an accent on policy administration and technical architecture. Focus on leading solution design, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable insurance technology solutions.

Location: Remote or hybrid from Springfield, MO; Puerto Rico; or Honduras

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and present architecture to stakeholders
• Lead solution approval, design, staffing strategy, and timelines
• Architect and guide development of custom Duck Creek applications
• Serve as a key client-facing representative and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Mentor and guide development teams on Duck Creek platform usage
• Ensure solution designs support successful implementation

Requirements

• Location: Remote or hybrid from Springfield, MO; Puerto Rico; or Honduras
• 10+ years industry experience with 8+ years on Duck Creek products
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek toolsets, C# custom development, APIs, and SQL Server
• 3+ years solution architecture experience including blueprinting and design sessions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to travel as needed and work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time
