Responsibilities

• Take over and manage an existing portfolio of external personnel and customer accounts (focus on EG1‑EG4/5+).
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand operational business.
• Lead and inspire the team in a self‑directed and autonomous manner.
• Maintain established client relationships and ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in temporary staffing / personnel services, ideally within an internal role.
• Strong commercial mindset with motivation for sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and capable of working independently.
