Area Manager (m/f/d) South Germany

We develop and market high-quality systems for the modern shower drain area – from shower drains and tile leveling systems to shower boards and shelves. Our passion: smart, easy-to-install products that combine craftsmanship, architecture, and design.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for sales and customer support in South Germany (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg).
• You maintain existing customer relationships and continuously develop them to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and, simultaneously, sales growth.
• In close coordination with the Sales Management, you develop individual sales strategies and successfully implement them independently.
• Conducting product presentations, training sessions, and trade fair appearances.
• Your success is measured by both the satisfaction of our customers and the achievement of your sales targets.

Your Profile

• Passion for sales and customer contact.
• Experience in field sales or the construction/sanitary (plumbing) industry is an advantage – but not a must.
• Independent, structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills, persuasive, and pleasant demeanor.
• Class B driving license.
